Yes. Refund requests will be considered through March 26, 2027. If approved, refunds will be processed after the conference.

America Votes follows local and CDC public health guidance to keep State Summit 2027 a safe and healthy space for everyone. We ask all attendees to look out for one another by:

• Staying up to date on recommended vaccines, such as COVID-19 and seasonal flu.
• Staying home if you’re feeling sick or have symptoms of a contagious illness, such as fever, cough, or sore throat.
• Staying home if you’ve recently tested positive for COVID-19, the flu, or another contagious illness.
• Washing your hands often and covering coughs and sneezes.

Respecting each attendee’s personal health choices. Masks are always welcome. If you can’t attend because of illness, please let us know at statesummit@americavotes.org. Refunds for cancellations due to illness will be handled on a case by case basis.

Yes, there will be lactation areas available.

Yes. The lost and found will be located at the registration table.

The registration form has space for those in need of accessibility accommodations to request accommodations and provide any additional information. If you have any questions or concerns you can also email statesummit@americavotes.org.

Yes, there will be all-gender restrooms.

Day 1: Lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided.

Day 2: Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack will be provided.

Day 3: Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Accommodations for Dietary Needs: Buffets will indicate foods that meet certain dietary needs, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, etc.

America Votes will contact individuals about special accommodations based on information provided during registration. If you have any questions, please contact statesummit@americavotes.org.

There is no formal dress code for the America Votes State Summit 2027. Attendees typically wear business casual or business attire.

The Summit is not open to general press attendance. Members of the media are asked not to register unless specifically invited by America Votes. America Votes may extend individual invitations to members of the press at its discretion.

The America Votes team reserves the right to cancel the State Summit 2027 due to community health concerns or any other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
